Brad Perrin

Having experienced every conceivable aspect of the hospitality industry first-hand for almost 50 years, Brad exemplifies the vision, dedication and pursuit of excellence that successful operations and projects require.  As a licensed California B-1 General Contractor with a business degree from California State University, Fullerton and experience from the University of Pennsylvania Wharton School of Business, Brad not only has the technical expertise required but also the financial background, having completed over 50 major renovations, new builds, and construction projects in multi-state hospitality operations.  Brad’s tenacity and perseverance within his businesses serves as an inspiration for all team members looking to achieve their own personal best.

Setsuko “Sam” Donham

Controller/Chief Financial Officer

With over 48 years of hospitality financial experience coupled with traditional and Indian gaming finances & administration management, Sam is responsible for all accounting and finance for the operations and corporation..

Nick Reischl

Director of Operations

With a business degree in food, beverage & agriculture from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo & experience working in & ultimately overseeing restaurant & conference and event facilities, Nick has experience in all aspects of the operations and human resources. He expanded his hospitality education into hotels & is now certified by Hilton Worldwide as a Hilton General Manager.

Logan C. Frick

Director of Development

As a graduate of Top 10 public university UC Irvine, Logan’s varied skill sets have him involved in everything from finance to IT, including building over a dozen hospitality websites with photography, authoring hundreds of pages of private and public legal documents & agreements, procuring FF&E directly from suppliers overseas with his customs bond, and negotiating complex business development arrangements both publicly and privately. He is responsible for all aspects of new development projects, media & marketing — and fun fact: was elected by 40,000 in Irvine, co-founded a community dance marathon benefiting over $500,000 to date towards Children’s Hospital & hosted State-sponsored media all before the age of 20 — and now holds an automotive dealer’s license in California.

Jeff Green

Director of Building

Having worked in all aspects of hospitality construction trades including large scale project management on hotels, conference and event centers and restaurants, Jeff brings a level of expertise gained through over 30 years of supply procurement and on-site management to construction oversight for companywide new & remodel projects.

Sean Shamim

Beginning in high-volume and fast-paced dinner house restaurant management, Sean has an MBA from UCLA and over 35 years of experience operating and managing event centers, concert venues, restaurants, nightclubs and cafés with great success through focus on efficiency & bottom line, along with growing company morale through positive relationships with team members.

Featuring 30 years of hotel hospitality experience beginning at the iconic Chicago Hilton & Towers, Amy oversees & manages hotel operations with an emphasis on revenue management, team member relations, and an unwavering commitment to the guest experience.

Gary Miller

Conference & Event Center / Restaurant Management Team

Having started in hotel operations and resort management, Gary applied his years of hospitality management to conference event centers, overseeing both restaurants and banquet facilities with an emphasis on creating longterm guest loyalty and strong bottom line cost control.
